Stone Ground Grits
Bruce finally found the perfect grits to serve with his breakfast and shrimp and grits recipes. Using a centuries old process, these North Carolina Silver Queen Corn grits are milled to the perfect size for a creamy delicious result every time.
Perfect Grits Recipe
1 cup Bruce Julian Grits4 cups water
1 tsp salt
4 TBS butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Half & Half (optional)
Bring water to boil, add salt and whisk in grits. Reduce heat and simmer UNCOVERED 20 - 25 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add butter and Half & Half.
